Yep, NO has quite a fleet of school busses. Shame no one put them to good use in the madness to evacuate too late.
Cajun Girl astutely noted earlier this week that the NO politicos can readily get people on the buses to the polls on Election Day but couldn't be bothered to bus people out of NO 48 hours prior to a disaster.
