I totally agree about people first. However if there are groups already down there or planning to go I think it reasonable that we alert them to this case. I think we are all feeling so helpless at this point that we will grasp at any tiny thing we can do to help.We certainly can't save them all but maybe we can save this one...
It's not mean. I agree we have to triage and people come first but in this situation, I would not have "seen" him though. He wasn't taking space, food or water.
