I totally agree about people first. However if there are groups already down there or planning to go I think it reasonable that we alert them to this case. I think we are all feeling so helpless at this point that we will grasp at any tiny thing we can do to help.We certainly can't save them all but maybe we can save this one...
BTW I just got a reply from Noah's Wish. They said that they are in slidell right now but that they will make an effort to find snowball and reunite him with his little boy.
