Not certain, but it appears that the NG was begging for law enforcement assistance at the Dome in loading people on buses.
Whenever the LSP LNO left -- no one took his place. You think the LSP command would have noticed as the Dome has a high media profile.
No, the position was relieved, then the relief disappeared a little after that. The next round of busses was getting ready to pull up.
That Fox News guy said he expected a riot in Metrarie at the bus loading zone..... (the helos land and drop people off in Metrarie)
Then again, if the situation is destablizing (as though it were ever stable) a PIO Trooper knows he is a Trooper first and a PIO second.
