I've been thinking about TB. Anytime you confine the poor, especially inner city where TB rates are higher, you run the risk for TB. And with the drug resistant TB strains we now have, that could be a nightmare scenario.
I hope the Mayor of Houston is getting some kind of contingency plan in place for who knows what could happen next. The one good thing is most people know that TX has a certain reputation when it comes to guns..and to the Death Penalty.
Heck, we will do 'em like cattle. Run 'em in the chute, innoculate 'em, worm 'em, ear tag 'em. Cannot neuter 'em. Yet.
