numerous rapes? Is that what he said? He's not going back until he's certain he won't become a victim. I can't blame him a bit.
It's just appalling that these people were put in the SD with more added over the last couple of days with the city having no plan to keep the peace, at least no willingness to enforce such a plan.
Just ridiculous.
Multiple murders and multiple rapes every day in the Superdome. NOt enough National Guard to take care of incidents and still leave the doctors protected.
And those are the people headed to the Astrodome.
Kind of proves that people are not "inherently good"...
