If the primary consideration in 2008 is going to be the "sheer hatred that a goodly proportion of Americans have for the Witch Queen," then why even nominate Giuliani at all when some plain old guy with a WASP name and a southern drawl would do just fine?
As I said above--Guiliani is colorful. The race would be interesting. The media would tie themselves in knots making excuses. It would be like the Clinton days all over again.
The last was a boring non-race. Did anyone really think the Electoral College was going to let Frankenstein and Igor win?
