If any one remembers, when the riots of 1968 started in Washington, D.C., it was only when the 82nd Airborne was sent to the City AND IT WAS ANNOUNCED THAT RIOTERS/LOOTERS WOULD BE SHOT, THAT THINGS CALMED DOWN.
