Guess he didn't have the balls to handle prison.

tragic that money was wasted on the procedure in the first place.

Somehow, that slimy, greasy, oily rope of justice seems to come home everytime. Interesting that it's connected to the Toons...

Wayne Dumond was the person who reportedly acosted a relative of Bill Clinton's in Arkansas. It was rather dubious whether he was actually guilty or not. The sheriff casterated Dumond and place his testicles in a jar on his desk.
I'm not convinced to this day that he was actually guilty of that crime. It is clear that the sheriff was gulity of one.
The murders certinly don't cause confidence that he was innocent of the first crime, does it.

DuMond, 55, was castratedNot that I care or expect anyone to reply but how did they castrate?
Shotgun, chemical, scalpel, sailor knots, hanging?
How can we encourage more of this?

weren't we discussing the proper methods of treating rapist and homosexual pedophiles on here a couple days ago ---- this POS was the center of attraction on that conversation since the sherrif kept he rapists "jewels" in a jar on his desk as a warning.
Oh yes -- in case those who were asking about gov huckabee earlier today are reading this --- huckabee felt really sorry for this pos and let him out on parole against all recommendations.
To: Ruy Dias de Bivar
Hmmm, isn't that castration?

You snatched the very words from my mouth. Morbid curiosity, I guess.

Another attempt at re-writting history ....
Shortly after taking office in 1996, Gov. Mike Huckabee said he intended to reduce DuMond's sentence to time served - about 11 years at the time. The governor ended up rejecting DuMond's parole request, which would have freed DuMond without conditions. He signed the decision moments after the Arkansas parole board granted DuMond a parole on condition that another state take him.
1. 1st sentence is true - Huckabee had planned all along to let DuMond go
2. I remember him rejecting a highly restrictive parole condition for DuMond
3. A slight mix of words to give credit/blame to the opposite parties - the parole board would give huckabee the parole ONLY IF he was sent out of the state permanently under close parole supervision - here Mo did not keep their side of the devil's bargain with huckabee.

DuMond's case became notorious in Arkansas when he claimed he was castrated while awaiting trial for a 1984 rape at Forrest City, Ark. No one was ever charged in the assault. Almost sounds like someone in prison castrated him???
Stephens is a distant relative of former President Bill Clinton, who was governor of Arkansas at the time of the rape.
Interesting little tidbit.

Yes, I think you're probably right. I'm pretty sleepy right now, having only gotten three hours of sleep last night.
Sorry RDdB.
