Well maybe because one just got in the car and left with no conversation whatsoever and the other said the equivilent of "My the sky is pretty today."

Unless you are saying Shep edited out their "informative responses" of those pieces deliberately to make a story. Sorry I just don't believe that one.

OK. Let's assume nobody told anybody anything. Put yourself on I-10 in sight of one of the most visually prominent man-made structures in the world. A place with buses lining up next to it loading up people and taking them away. What possible direction would you need from a government official to direct you toward that big round, domed life saver? Would you head in that direction, or would you just sit right down on the interstate and demand somebody tell you what to do? If you chose the later (and I'll assume you wouldn't), then perhaps you just might be beyond help.
