Never saw so many clueless people in my life. There was absolutely no planning for a disaster. Now I can add the head of the State Police who is a woman(?). Excuse me but this Governor has way too many women in charge and I am a woman so I can say it! :)

Im not a woman but I'll put on my flame proof suit and say it ...the results of PC and affirmative action... I must say the female Navy Captain of the helicopter ship in the area on the news today sounded like a Captain...

I keep having the thought ..there MUST be some grownups in NO and/or LA government that, by now, ought to have taken over..not like a coup..just gently, kindly telling the mayor and governor "we'll take care of this"...
