New levee breach? Huh? if both the lake and city water are in equilibrium, could that be the Mississippi if confirmed?

too early for MS...Maybe once the floodwaters come down from the Ohio River valley...but there are plenty of saturated levees. Some of them are acting like dams, and holding the water at a higher level and if one of those breached you would see rising water in other neighborhoods for a little bit.

Either NBC pulled the story, or else the poster misread it, no way to tell which. No reports of rising water in the last 24 hours or so though.
