In a move of a franchise it usually isn't. At least it hasn't been in the past. But, I know the NFL wants a team in LA. That's the next and only market they do want. A move usually requires a vote of owners and I just don't see them letting Benson move to San Antonio.
Forgot about the vote of the owners -- Jerry Jones would be unlikely to give the go ahead on Benson moving to SA. That part slipped my mind!
