"We in this county are cutting all non-essential services such as garbage pickup. It is a developing situation."

Garbage pick-up is non-essential in Baltimore?????? For how long is it expected to remain non-essential?

This stinks!!!!

Wait. It will smell a lot worse when stuff has been sitting around for a week or so.

Not picking up the trash is an annual event in Baltimore, Tenacious 1.

Happens about a month before contracts come up for re-negotiation. It also helps in the tracking of the migration of rats from Sparrows Point down to the Inner Harbor.

This is Baltimore... you can hardly notice the garbage pick up by either smell or sight - nothing substantial changes.
