I've had strong remembrances of searching through the night for relatives we could not find after a tornado..My heart goes out to all those who have not heard from or about their relatives..Lack of ability to connect by phone is terrible..
My family was taking shelter with another person who had a roof to his apartment...but there was no way to call and tell us they were OK. All we found after hours of searching was their heavily damaged apartment, our cousin's house with the entire back of the house, roof, and a 3 car garage totally missing ...gone with the wind. They all chose the right bathroom to survive in..
I hope you can find news soon.

What a terrifying memory that turned out well. Then you understand well that feeling in the pit of the stomach.

So many families separated in this and the not knowing.

Thanks for sharing your experience along with the empathy that came with it.
