Looters of food and water I can condone. Looters w/TVs and guns.......NO WAY. Shoot before they do. One policeman has already been shot by these hoodlums. Some have been trying to break down the doors of Children's Hospital....probably to steal drugs needed for the treatment of CHILDREN. Such criminals have forfeited their "right" to live imo.
The looters are not only taking things like drugs. They're taking anything they think they can use in their hovels - whether a new TV or refrigerator, clothes, jewelry - some of them would probably love to have a nice adjustable hospital bed for some reason, or a stethescope, or even an EKG machine for their mantle. They're just stealing because they're not able to be stopped.
