Agreed. Sometimes politics have nothing to do with it. If Kerry were sitting in the Oval office I wouldn't think for a second that he was somehow at fault. In fact, I'd be slightly inclined to ignore any minor flubs in the interests of not being an a-hole during a national crisis. Sometimes patriotism is knowing when to shut up.

True, but I take comfort in knowing that our DUBYA went on the air to PUSH the governors to evacuate all the folk! The whiny rat DU dummies can say all they want, W was a hero Sunday afternoon for alerting a sleuth of folk to GET THE HELL OUTTA THERE!! Many paid attention and left dodge city pronto, others chose UNWISELY! :( W saved a whole lot of lives that day while the governors were twiddling their thumbs!!
