Gosh, had not thought about the drug addicted. All drugs also have been lost. Can you imagine the drug dealers finding their stash has been destroyed?

I thought about the druggies today. I figured some battles would break out in cities recieving the refugees as the dealers and junkies began plying their trade elsewhere. Having been to the French Quarter once or twice, I wondered where the hookers, strippers, pimps, muggers, and thieves had ended up. Looks like they stuck around.
I've thought that more than once today. Imagine if there was a wide-spread crippling of law enforcement capabilities - how many of our citizens would turn lawless? It's frightening to contemplate.
