That was predictable...it must be like the twilight zone in there.
I know we've mentioned it previously...but the veneer of civilization is mighty thin..

IIRC, that was reported (probably a separate incident) on day one of SuperDome occupancy. There was also a report of a rape on the elevated freeway that Shep is reporting from, where the rape happened last night and was reported this morning.
IMO, NOLA is challenging in part because a significant fraction of the populace is thuggish.
