There was some indication on this thread yesterday that levels in NO were already higher than the lake - it will be interesting to see now if the water in NO keeps rising, which would indicate a breach in a river levee.Not to think negatively, but isn't it possible that a breech could be under the surface at this point?

Yes, there could be a breach under the levee. It would not be immediately apparent.
