Some filling stations closed in Indiana, signs posted saying "no gas".

Wow. That's enough to start a PANIC!

I predicted gas lines would start happening by the end of the week.

I just bought gas in Norman, OK, for $2.62 while stations around were asking slightly more. Our gasoline comes from the Purcell area refinery and our two Senators went to Court to keep us from having reformulated gasoline.

Time to start drilling off the coast of FL and CA along with ANWR and tell the wackos to get lost. The wells I have seen around Norman are pumping continually right now.

It's too early for real shortages to actually reach this far north. Something else is up. Possibly fears for future supplies, but we still have gas, "in the pipelines" so to speak, but it is a warning of what we might expect in the days to come.
