No way to repair the levees right now according to WWL. And they have now shut down the pumping on the east back.
They are trying to save as many people as they can right now. Many holes and breeches in the Mississippi River levee -- they do not know where the river starts and begins. Mississippi River has breeched the levees -- that is why so much water.

Mississippi River has breeched the levees -- that is why so much water. I heard that but I think they were talking about Plaqueminnes Parish farther down river near the mouth and not the city... yet.
