Their main source of income is suing people who attack them and the city where the attack occurred because they didn't provide protection. They provoke attack by doing just what they do.

Holding a protest in a park or something would be one thing. But at a funeral...if I were the judge and the case came before me, I'd say, "I've got three words for you: Fighting words exception. Look it up."
