well, the food I can understand...there is no aid being dropped into the city....
but jewelry....oh well.
you can guess what neighborhoods will be flattened during the rebuilding....if there is a rebuilding....
I understand food, as well, as much of it would even go to waste by the time any vehicles can get in...but carts full of merchandise? that's just wrong.
I don't understand why some folks here do not realize that this is not a functioning city any longer. There is no power, water, food, clothing, medical services or protection. The people cannot go any where and no one can get to them to provide aid.
What would you do if you were in this situation?
