I understand food, as well, as much of it would even go to waste by the time any vehicles can get in...but carts full of merchandise? that's just wrong.
Yeah, your home is probably flooded and you probably won't have electricity and cable for a LONG time, but you're going to go on and grab that new TV?
They are grabbing the 'bling-bling' now, they will fight over the food later.
What are they going to do with it...it will just weigh them down...there is only one way out of the city.
