I think CNN mislabeled that shot. I think it's in Baton Rouge where I-12 and 1-10 split. The traffic is westbound heading across the Miss. River bridge.

From our plane landing today, the old Miss Bridge in BR was bumper to bumper as was Airline Hwy north of the city.
