Evilution is the most falsifiable theory I have seen.

All theories are falsifiable. If they weren't, they wouldn't have any scientific merit.

You lose a great deal of credibility when calling it "evilution".

History Channel had some of the fraud the theory is based on.

Vestigial code exists in most large software projects such as for operating systems ala MicroSoft Windows (which contains unused DOS code in some areas).

At most, vestigial code hints at imperfection or trade-offs (e.g. design speed for code size), not a lack of design.

How is Peiping Man, more commonly known as Peking Man, an example of fraud? Be specific.

Nebraska man

Nebraska Man was not an example of fraud. Nebraska man was the result of speculation on a tooth find of one geologist being blown out of proportion by a layman publication when later the tooth was found not to be hominid in origin. Even at the time other scientists were skeptical of the claim that the tooth even belonged to an ape. Nebraska man was nothing more than a mistaken find that never made it into textbooks as an "example" of evolution before peer review exposed it for what it is. No one deliberately misrepresented the find; the claim that Nebraska man is a fraud of evolution is an outright creationist lie.

Actually the typical creationist misrepresentation of Lucy is that she is a chimpanzee. That's also false, but it doesn't stop many of them from dishonestly claiming that "many scientists" believe that (always without references, though).
