I wish that was true. but I'm afraid it's just a consulting period trying to determine what the American people will live with for punishment.
As for Clinton, Gorelick et al; they are immune from prosecution under the "Democrats Do No Wrong" clause of the Constitution.

Me too. I'd love to see a Lamberth type judge reject the BS plea deal...
