I wish that was true. but I'm afraid it's just a consulting period trying to determine what the American people will live with for punishment.
As for Clinton, Gorelick et al; they are immune from prosecution under the "Democrats Do No Wrong" clause of the Constitution.
There were Pubbies sitting on that commission, too. They went along with everything that was done, including the decision to do without an official, verbatim transcript of testimony taken by the commission.
