Salvation is a free gift to all. On the other hand, God is merciful but he is not unjust. Human speculation about what will happen in the final judgment of any particular man or woman is necessarily based on incomplete knowledge and a partial understanding of that man or woman and what God knows.

The principles of salvation are eternal and true even if our ability to forecast their application in a particular case is muddy and unsure. All we can be really sure of is that in the day of judgment we will be absolutely awestruck by the absolute majesty and perfect unerring application of God's mercy and justice.

I know enough about BTK to pass judgement on BTK. If God chooses to populate Heaven with BTKs, then I known enough about God as well.
