It was absolutely disturbing to watch. I swear it was like he believed he was getting a lifetime achievement award at some sick ceremony, hoping he wouldn't leave anyone of his acceptance speech. Psychopaths have no insight into their sickness, you're right. Hey Rader you freak! Your orgasm was more important than the life of that poor child. AS IF WE CARE what your thoughts are about your "team" ! Die and burn, sicko!
As Saint Maria Goretti's life ebbed away from the multiple stab wounds she suffered from her attacker Alessandro Serenelli, her last actions in this world were constant prayer in the hope God would save him from the fires of Hell. She would have done so for Denis Rader as well. Love is stronger than death, Amen.
thank you very much for your post...
So this means, what. . . ? He's out in eight years?
A lot of victims and survivors of victims think that a death penalty is too easy a solution for such horrific acts as some commit. Life in prison without parole is at least enough opportunity for the victims and survivors to work out their grief, at least to try to...while a death penalty doesn't effectively "punish" for those seeking vengeance, or even punishment. Not in this world, anyway.
I'm glad this monster got multiple life sentences but I fear for those he is in contact with while living out the terms.
I honestly don't think that there's the ability in the heart and soul of this guy to behave faithfully to God, much less to reason among humans. A braggard, yes, I saw that, too, but mostly...I just think anyone who is capable of what this guy has done is not capable of a whole lot otherwise. Christ says he will and can forgive even the worst sins so I guess this is a case of it being up to God to deal with the guy.
WHAT EVER CAME OF INSTANT JUSTICE!!!!!!!
Ten life sentences, means he gets out in 18 months.../*scarasm off
You think people here will try to bring me harm for saying so?
The principles of salvation are eternal and true even if our ability to forecast their application in a particular case is muddy and unsure. All we can be really sure of is that in the day of judgment we will be absolutely awestruck by the absolute majesty and perfect unerring application of God's mercy and justice.
I know enough about BTK to pass judgement on BTK. If God chooses to populate Heaven with BTKs, then I known enough about God as well.

Let's just say that if BTK walks through the Pearlies, I remain skeptical. I prefer a slightly more exclusive club.
no, no, not at all. I was speaking in terms of defaming god by calling him an idiot.
I agree. From his ramblings and bragging, it doesn't appear that he has come to the point of being sincere. He'll get humbled real quick in prison.
Even BTK knows he cannot complete his sentence. He told the judge: "175 years! I can't do that much time!"
The judge said, "That's okay, just do the best you can."
(sarcasm)
Well, maybe you are right. Maybe the best he can do is five years.
Why should I fear God? It's not as though He would create some vicious depraved monster to kidnap me and slowly torture me to death. No, He'd never do anything like that.
Anyone who embraces BTK merits defaming, whether it be you, John Doe, or God. Maybe the person defaming God is the person who presumes He would forgive BTK.
and maybe, just maybe, that person is you. chill beavus
That person is you, in post 30. I'm quite chilly, thanks.
pompous a$$. take a hike
A man ought to be able to stand by his words, or retract them. Chill jw777.
