Right after Sept. 11, when everybody will be asking, "Hey, why did this have to happen?" This should be gooooood.

Hummm .... another whitewash delivery?

The 9-11 Omission is a pathetic joke, and needs to be disbanded.

Washington Times - Republicans see conflict, urge Gorelick to quit panel

April 15, 2004

By James Lakely

snip--

"Commission Chairman Thomas H. Kean and Vice Chairman Lee H. Hamilton both dismissed the calls for resignation.

"Of course not. That's a silly thing," said Mr. Kean"

When it's republican over democrat they cover for their own party, when it's government over the people they cover for themselves.

Was this scheduled before or after the Able Danger information came out?

If before, I wouldn't count on this meeting to be what it is advertising, in fact, it might not happen.

If after, then it will be a CYA session, telling everyone that it wasn't their fault that they discounted boxes of documents that they SHOULD have included in their report.

I bet they have their cheerleaders in the audience again, too - to cheer every attack on the Bush Administration. I wonder if any of the members of the Commission have any shame.

This is one of those periodic callbacks to ascertain the progress of implementing the Commission's recommendations. There was at least one previous to this coming event.

These are controlled meetings with controlled agendas. I doubt that Able Danger will be allowed to rear its' head at the meeting.

However....outside the meeting hall might be a different story.....Unless Jamie builds a wall so that THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES cannot speak.

There were A BUNCH of us emailing Keane last summer, pre-9/11 Commission Report publication, insisting that he put GORE-LICKER in front of the Commission instead of on it. And I mean a bunch. Where are all all those emails? We knew about the Clinton "legacy" and who was really responsible.....and we were giving them a "heads up" last summer.

You mean to tell me that when they have THAT many emails in their mailboxes, someone on the Commission didn't scratch their little noggin and figure we were ON to something???? Something they were omitting from their "report"???? I'm sure if someone went back to their Commission email accounts, they'd find MY 50,000 emails warning of the OMISSION of TGHE GORELICKER MEMO and Clinton's culpability!!!

Hi SueRae,
Seems the 9/11 ommission commyission has indeed changed their schedule around, if you look at C-SPAN'S
Coverage for 9/1/05 it says Thomas Kein will be on LIVE at 9:30AM
http://inside.c-spanarchives.org:8080/cspan/fullschedule.csp?timeid=211992303853
But the web-site for the 9/11 discourse project has CHANGED!! It now says TBA under the date that used to say 9/1!! And the 9/12/05 date has changed as well to TBA!!
http://www.9-11pdp.org/ua/index.htm
Wowzerz!!
