Found it (Amazon has it)

It's called the President's Greatest Hits.

Here's the song list:

1. Afternoon Delight
2. Get Down Tonight
3. Hey Paula
4. Me & Mrs. Jones
5. Go All the Way
6. Slow Hand
7. I Think We're Alone Now
8. Makin' Whoopee
9. Young Girl
10. More, More, More, Pt. 1

It's actually not all that bad when you're in a bubble gum mood.

Obviously, we must also consider such favorites as:

YMCA - The Village People
Exhale - Babyface
Born to be Wild - Steppenwolf
The Cigar Song - Mud on the Tires - Brad Paisley
Lady in a Blue Dress - Senses Fail

"I'll bet he used a focus group to decide what songs to include."

I'm suspicious of this song selection - Coltrane, Miles Davis, Zoot Sims - it sounds a bit too "hip" to be true. I really have a hard time imagining Clinton listening to jazz.
