Back when I was a lowly junior financial analyst, I took a weekend job at Starbucks to earn some extra money to pay off credit card debt. I was the ONLY hetero guy working there. I only lasted two weeks as I 1. HATED the job and 2. didn't exactly "fit in" with the moisturizer and tea cozy set.
I also worked at a Borders Bookstore when I was in college. There were plenty of us heteros working on the floor. The cafe, however, was largely staffed by "Blatino" Local #357 of the Friends of Dorothy.
