On the Bush Protesting Mom Calls for 'Israel Out of Palestine' thread, earlier, fellow FReeper RGSpinach provided links detailing how Cindy Sheehan's refusal to pay her income taxes pre-dates the honorable passing of Casey Sheehan in the service of his country by a considerable margin.

I've alerted Michelle malkin to the existence of this information, and she's very interested in running with it.
Unfortunately, however: Michelle can't seem to open these documents from the links provided, and neither can I. Can some technologically cyber-savvy fellow FReeper please, please help in getting this info to her, ASAP? (Her e-mail is malkin@comcast.net . Please put the word "TIP" in the subject line of your e-mail.)
Thanks, folks!

Same as it is everywhere else.
A troll (as in trolling/fishing) is someone who signs up to post inflammatory statements and to kind of disrupt the forum.
I don't know that he was a troll at all, looking at his history, but he exercised some poor judgment in repeating a typical leftist rant (Bush lied, people died) and got the Zot (suspended/banned)

Yes it was a stupid comment, but she was thinking with her emotions, her heart, her gut, not her head. Oh, Puh-lease! An obsession with the Joooooooos' responsibility (along with America, natch) for global evil just suddenly pops up out of nowhere triggered by grief? Is there a name for this phenomena? How about "Adolf's Syndrome," for that Austrian paper hanger who suffered from it in the last century?
Whatever may be additionally involved, Sheehan absolutely and fully believes and understands every bit of this crackpot crap, and promotes it with willful and consider intent.
In which she's at least more honest than your trollsome self.

She has every right to do what she wants. We might not agree with it, but this is her constitutional right. And, it's our Constitutional Right also to counter what she is doing. Rights and Freedoms are a two way street. Along with exercising rights comes the responsibility and consequences of exercising those rights.

I haven't been misled by the President. When he said that there were WMD in Iraq, he was only going on the Intelligence that had been gathered by ALL of major Intelligence gathering organizations of the West. This information had been used by the Clinton Administration to denounce Iraq in strong terms, but they didn't feel the need to do anything about it. If that information is later found to be deficient, it doesn't mean the President lied, it only means the information given to him was less than accurate. I frankly believe that during the 6 months leading up to our attack on Iraq, Sadaam was arranging for his WMD program to be moved to a neighboring country.
The President said that Sadaam Hussein had been harboring terrorists. This is also true. Abu Nidal, on of the most dangerous Middle Eastern terrorists and, I believe, the man who personally threw the wheelchair-bound Leon Klinghoffer off of the Achille Lauro, was protected by Sadaam Hussein, and was undergoing medical treatment in Iraq.
The President said that Sadaam was trying to acquire nuclear materials. Again, that fact was borne out by other groups than our Intelligence. Joe Wilson was lying when he said otherwise, and that has been proven.
The President declared war on terrorists, and the countries that harbor and supply them, after they attacked us on 9/11. He started in Afghanistan, then moved on to Iraq after Sadaam ignored the UN Resolutions that had been declared since the first Gulf War. He could have let it slide, but it would only have meant a global terror network that would have had the financial backing of the Iraq govt. and the ability to train and hide in that country.
Did you listen to the President when he said any of the above things? I haven't seen any evidence that anything he said was false. I've heard a lot of opinions put out by those who have opposed him since before he was elected the first time, and who had their hands on the very same intelligence, and had come the the same conclusions as he only 4 years before. Sounds like their disapproval is simply politics.

I've grieved for a killed child myself, and it is a terrible experience where one could actually go insane, I've even defend this woman, but the more I read about her antics, the more I believe this woman has been anti war & Bush long before she lost her child and is using his death as a soap box. I will defend her no longer.

Well, in all fairness, I admire someone who refuses to pay the unConstitutional income tax. I don't have the guts myself to refuse to pay. If the left can exploit her, maybe the right should exploit her too.
Lets create "The Cindi Sheehan Society" for the abolition of federal income taxes. Methinks Cindi is a strong supporter of everyone else paying income taxes though.

I'm kinda new to FR so please advise me. What is a "troll" as used by FR members? A troll is a troublemaker who tries to disrupt a forum or thread. However, not all disagreement can be attributed to trolls but it does make for some interesting threads. Sometimes the Admins will give a few people a "timeout" to cool down. Every once in a while we see people who spew liberal talking points and that usually leads to some really heated discussions.

I would call for a 3rd strategy...........Cindy desperately needs some serious grief counseling! I feel sorry for her, but for more than the loss of her son. I feel sorry for her for her grief having been, and continuing to be, taken advantage of by the media and these groups on the left, for their own purposes which have NOTHING to do with Casey.

Not sure if she has a ping list - but, I expect a few CA freepers will see the thread and help out.
Good thread. Even though I do not have cable, I have read some of MM's work here. She's a good 'un - and uh, not hard to look at either.

Thanks for the name change. ;~)
The date of recording and the titles of the documents are present on the web. Actual documents can be viewed on microfiche at the recorder's office. Copies are usually a buck a page. The titles include Patrick Sheehan, that is the name of Cindy's husband, as co-grantor and co-grantee. So we can be reasonably sure it's THE Cindy Sheehan.
