Points well taken - believe me, I'm not anywhere near the best Christian in the world; more like the "bad Catholic" in Walker Percy's 'Love in the Ruins." But the introduction of Ms. Sheehan's brand of anger and hatred at any point in the Mass and, particularly, at the intercessions is a little much for me.
If you write to the vestry on this.. well, you can happily be invited to be a part of all church activities, right?
So, either that, or you find a conservative RC Church. There's room at His Table; and His Mansion is quite large -- and not for ONLY the "very good Catholics". :) Be at peace.
Just one more point; the Canaanite women came to Jesus alone, not with a lynch mob as Sheehan is doing with this "Impeachment Tour."
