Rgarding CC...didn't he say that someone approached him (I'm assuming it was Joran or PVDS) about tracing cell phone calls. Whatever it was, it had to be related to the call that Beth received.

I asked if anyone remembered that yesterday. I'm glad you do. It was joran. I think I remember reading he called CC, worried over a message or time of a message on a cell call.

CC's actions bugged me too. Charles Croes, obviously *knows* more than he has reported, due to his ominous post, dated June 2, 2005. His diversion was most likely based on knowledge, rather than instincts, imo.

Until I see another source, I do NOT believe what Tito said about Natalee renting a cell phone from CC. I've never heard Beth say Natalee rented a CC phone. I do admit, there's a possibility that they wanted to keep it a secret, but for what reason?

Tito lost all credibility, when he played dumb, when asked about the dead man found in the cemetery. Finding Renee's body would be big news anywhere, but especially in a small country like Aruba. If Tito lied about the dead man, did he also lie about the Cell Phone rental?

Just so that you know. Just about everything that has transpired since 9/11 weighs heavy on my mind. Since that morning I am well aware that my children and grandchildren will never know America the way that I did when I was growing up.

Another important factor to me is my son is currently serving his second tour in Iraq. Just 1 a.m. yesterday morning he called me to let me know that he was awarded a purple heart medal among other medals and coins for when he was involved in a dual ambush and suicide bombing this past April.
