No, it goes farther than that.

You are not allowed to videotape a neighbor's property, not even if you suspect that the person is a criminal or if he or she has been harrassing you. (No, not my neighbors - I have great neighbors - but my folks have drug dealers living next door to them, and we've been told that we cannot legally videotape their property).

Also, think of the stalkers out there, and the terrorists, and other criminals who can use this information for other purposes.

Yeah, it's fun. It's fun to look at satellite photos of our backyards. Yippee! But it does smack of Big Brother.

I see your angle. I don't agree with it, but that's what a good forum like this is all about. Although to be totally honest, I am kinda of selfishly biased because I have found this program a Godsend when it comes to measuring out my runs!
