Gotta see this new website from GOOGLE..
Zoom in on YOUR HOUSE of anyone elses for that matter anywhere on the EARTH..
Amazing FLY TO feature is something you gotta see..
MUST HAVE HIGH SPPED CONNECTION FOR THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION...
Check out 39.42N 44:17E - Agri Dagi - Can you see the anomoly on the N/W side of the mountain, 2 meteor stikes point to it, a cigar shaped object laying N. to S. about 12,900 feet up...
This is awesome stuff!!!!
yup. cool stuff. I've had it for a few months. Been looking at NYC, Europe, my house, LA, Las Vegas
I mind. Of course I mind. But there's nothing I can really do about it, and it's cool to look at
I will look for it, does it make buildings 3d? or?
or is a way to share with others/ discuss?
Even the classified stuff shown as blacked out could be seen as strategically useful....like why is that little area in upstate X(name your state) blacked out...I thought only bears and tree huggers hung out there!
Does the download come with spyware? Has any one read the license agreement?
I am quite certain the server will be able to "track" what parts of the earth folks are looking at.. but do I really care? not really...
Go to this page and then look for the "Download by CLICKING HERE" link in the middle of the article. You have to go through some time delays and jump through some hoops for the download process, but it works.
This is so cool. On my setup (dual 2.0 GHz G5 with 3.5 GB of RAM, ATI 800XT video , and 30" LCD display) it runs slicker than waxed oil. Your milage may vary. And you need a fast internet connection, that's for sure. But boy is it fun!
