No, I meant that for those who said a dog can't drown because most dogs can swim. That is true, but I was thinking that if someone wanted to drown a dog, they probably could if they did it by force.
Prank or no -- these nitwits should go to jail. I agree...this is stupid and irresponsible. Being a rock n roll station, some of its audience is probably pre-pubescent. Kids with nothing to do might get the idea -- hey, let's go drown a dog. Nice for the station to give them ideas.
