That was my thought. The dog won't drown, it'll just swim to a bank and get out.
Every dog we've ever owned could swim and that dog looks like it might have a little lab in her, in which case, she not only won't drown, she'll have a nice time going for a swim.
I googled the police dept for Grand Rapids, Michigan and emailed someone on their contact list.
But what if someone holds the dog under water (probably would have to be someone very strong or two or more people).
