I don't think it was Klintoon who said "Mr.Gorbachov,tear down this wall!"...and,besides,he didn't have much work to do budget-wise when he got into office.Reagan(OUR GREATEST PRESIDENT) saw to that.All Klintoon had to do was sit back and get serviced by a starry-eyed bimbo who didn't have the brains God gave a sofa cushion.
