Does anyone REALLY believe that a 16 (or 15, 14 or 13)yr old male having sex with his female teacher will actually harm the boy? Unless things have drastically changed since I was a kid, being able to "do the deed" with a girl, any girl was what most consumed us 7/24/365.

Moral turpetude is still a deleterious affect on minors and can lead impressionable youths to life-altering decisions that may not be in their best interest. These teachers are put in a position of trust and they betray us all when they pervert the morals of our kids.
Define "harm" adequately and the answer has to be YES.

I have had a number of male clients who have been molested by older women as pre pubescent and post pubescent children. Typically the ramifications of these encounters are dealt with 20 or more years after the molestation ends and the victim has attachment disorders of varying degrees of severity that affect their relationship with siblings, parents and spouse.
I understand your sentiment but when you've spent every Friday for two years with a 52 year old man who's been divorced for the Fourth time because Ms Doe went down on him in the 6th grade you start to see the other side.
