Is the shuttle program done launching for 2005?

Plans had called for Atlantis to launch September 9. That's - what? - 6 weeks away? 6 weeks is about 3 nanoseconds in NASA response time.
That's a launch date that won't happen.

The problem must be dealt with before the next launch can occur...Here's a thought....could the foam insulation be applied to the INSIDE of the tank? All this stuff does is keep the liquid O2 and H2 from getting too warm, causing dangerously high tank pressures.
