Speaking as someone who lived in Miami for three years, I can honestly say that the black ghettos down there are the WORST neighborhoods in the US and that includes South Chicago/Anacostia/Newark, etc. You said the black ghettos are the worst? What other type of ghettos are in Miami?

You have sort of a Central American ghetto in Miami (Riverside), but its NOWHERE near as bad as any of the black neighborhoods.
