So after Turkey *blocked* U.S. troops from invading Iraq from the North, they are repaid in blood by Al Qaeda.

I was on the south side of that bridge last week, ate at the Hamdi restaurant. There was a large police van with a cordon of 5 or 6 policemen armed with AK47s around it, near the Egyptian bazaar, I had never seen that before. The Turks are the best comrades we have in the Muslim world. I hope they are sucessful in their own terror war.

Time to request islamists in England and USA to sign loyalty statements or face immediate arrest.I don't see how that could possibly solve anything given the fact that they are allowed to lie, even under oath, in order to protect the ultimate goal of islam.

I am getting the impression AQ may be trying to attack more moderate Muslim nations in an attempt to frighten them into becoming more like Iran.

Oh my...you mean someone besides me is old enough to remember
That song? "Istanbul was Constantinople. Now it's Istanbul not Constantinople...." I can still hear it now.
I used to play that song over and over. And another one "Caravan." They were my father's records, those big 78's remember them?
