For now, and as a cradle Episcopalian, I'm staying in ECUSA as a traditional and conservative witness to the hash the irreligious leftists & homosexuals are making of the Church. When, as a delegate to diocesan convention for election of a new bishop, my credentials became known, my "tolerant, open, and inclusive" fellow delegates from the parish (including the Rector) began giving me the cold shoulder. Am also on the Vestry, and I relish being the skunk at the garden party.
