I think the guy Fox just had on is the same guy that wrote the book that Buchanan touted recently in a column - the book that argues that the Iraq war is creating suicide bombers, and so we should just get out of the Middle East.

Or something like that.

Yes, it's very simple: We are infidels, and they are righteously upset that we are polluting the Holy Arabian Peninsula.

Well, I'm upset that they polluted Holy Downtown Manhattan and the Holy Pentagon, so whatever I do is understandable, no?

Nuke 'em till they glow, then shoot 'em in the dark.

There-now I'm sure this idiot will understand my POV-I'm just upset.

Very poor interviewing of that jerk on Fox. No one questioned his thesis, that suicide bombers are politically aware and are frustrated by their inability to change policy, particularly to get foreign troops off Arab soil. He also said that most suicide bombers "seek out" people to help them accomplish their goal.

This is a crock. If that were true, we would long ago have located the masterminds by sending undercover people to "seek out" support for suicide bombing.

NO ONE on Fox questioned this guy's opinion. I am quite irritated.
