Did Bush's top aide commit a crime talking to reporters about a spy? Here's what the case is really about--and why it grows more fascinating
Valerie Plame had no reason to welcome a reporter into her home last week. Reporters tell stories and trade secrets, and her life, once a state secret, had become one of the most widely told stories in years. As if anyone could resist it: beautiful blond mother of two whose identity as a CIA spy is compromised by a political vendetta against her husband.
She opens the door of her brick house on the leafy Washington side street, a few turns from the German embassy. A Jaguar convertible sits in the driveway, the toys and bikes in the garage. There are...

Interesting. I have said I support the prosecutor in that case. Now that he has the relevant records, I suspect he will conclude that there's no violation of the law, though. But he has the evidence, we'll see.
are you claiming rush somehow didnt violate the law on a technicality? or are you claiming he didnt even violate the spirit of the law?
She wasn't a spy either. Too much kool aid.
That's why all these "journalists" filed a brief with the court stating that "no crime has been committed" and "Valerie Plame was not a covert operative". You've been watching way too much ABCCBSNBSPBSCNNMSNBCCNBC.
Again, your worldview seems to be colored by some sort of partisanship.
2006 is ahead, and they are GONA LOSE AGAIN.
the journalists didnt file the brief, there legal departments filed the brief. A brief that the Judge didnt find pursuavive seeing that the Judy Miller is still in jail. Of course the judge has access to alot more facts the general public and the legal departments of media corporations would have access too.
Time and the MSM ignore such stories and facts as,
For instance:
1. Wilson reportedly posted & mentioned his wife's CIA employment, prior to any story, on his OWN Website(!) per the Editor of PoliSat.Com.
2. Cliff May's connecting Wilson as David Corn's Valerie Plame as CIA story source in Corn's Nation article which preceded Novak's original article,
3. Which evident pattern of indiscretion or braggadocio is further shown in the Wilson's neighbors and friends knowing her CIA link.
4. David Horowitz' (FrontPageMagazine) thesis that Plame herself was a possible source in blowing national security secrets, and, if so, should be tried for treason...
And, finally,
5.This behavior pattern is further corroborated in my story about Wilson's crass & blabbermouth behavior under the FR Post titled:
"Was the Narcissistic Joe Wilson a Source in "Outing" His Own Wife Valerie Plame as a "CIA Agent"?"
There is a somewhat resemblance with their hair color/style, their facial shape (on the longer, narrower side), and their WASP-y look. But Kearns is homely. I'll grant that Plame is (unremarkably) attractive, but that's it. She certainly ain't no raving beauty, that's for sure.
Bubba's beeper just went off!
