Annie seems quite likely to be wrong as to Roberts but a lightweight she is not. She graduated Cornell undergrad and University of Michigan Law School, neither a lightweight feat.
I am not questioning her legal background -- I question her making statements which gets more facetime with an article stirring the pot and Freepers that believe she is always right and ask for more pictures.
My general complaint is with Freepers that blindly follow what anyone has to say without thinking or research. That would be like me saying the President is right 100% of the time -- never going to happen.
I agree her schooling and credentials aren't lightweight, but her career has become lightweight. She's more of an entertainer now than a series legal writer. OK, she's not too hard on the eyes and she has made a ton of money with her books and appearances, but for series legal analysis and commentary on a SCOTUS nominee I'll go elsewhere.

These guys aren't too excited about Roberts, either, although IMHO this is a speedbump complaint, not a roadblock.
Until, of course, HRC becomes Der Fuhrer...
